We are currently using iQoo, the digital HACCP management system from Retail Solutions, in our Daybreak store. I find the system to be an excellent way of fulfilling all of our HACCP requirements with ease while offering good value for money and hassle-free user experience for our staff. Our HACCP system is fully compliant with legislation and the records are extremely easy to access at any given time. This gives great peace of mind to all involved, from staff to management.
We have been a Retail Solutions customer for almost 10 years now and have been very happy with the service to date. We implemented the RS Accounts System at both Head Office and Store Level and it has worked very successfully in both areas since its introduction.
